Whether flooring damage, interior finish discoloration, or evaluation of a fire-damaged product, our engineers are accustomed to documenting the necessary details to determine causes of consumer good misbehavior.  Our laboratory maintains capabilities for testing plumbing components under water pressure (static and flow), for evaluating appliance components, testing air/gas systems under pressure and flow, and for developing custom tests for a particular matter.  We maintain a network of laboratories and specialists to aid in evaluating specific materials in the course of these type of product failure investigations.  Our engineers have developed project specific protocols to test bonding of flooring to concrete substrates, to perform flammability testing of garments, and to investigate numerous plumbing leakage conditions.
